I was supposed to move to my new campsite 50 miles upriver by noon today.
But…it was a day of thunder storms and tornado watches…
And I was just getting over a cold that had me cuddled up in bed for 3 days straight…I was feeling wiped out….
Have you ever been so scared of doing something that you wanted to cry but knew you just had to save it up for later…?
Yes, it was one of those days…so I did what had to be done….
I unhooked my RV home, hooked up my car, drove in rush hour on Interstate 40 thru the remnants of the storm, all the while searching the skies for funnel clouds…
Well…now I am safe…I am here … close to Conway, Arkansas at my favorite park on my favorite site right on the river…
And…as the river flows gently toward Old Miss, I can release all my fear …

Still rockin’ it since 2007….
Love….annie
You are one of the bravest people I know!
Thank you…really, it is because I get into situations where I have to be brave…there is no way around it…I am reluctantly brave,,,hah!
Oh my, Anne, you said you spent the day in bed you didn’t tell me it was 3. I am so thankful you are feeling better and that you made it safely to your next destination. It’s tough being alone and sick. Glad the worst is over. Enjoy your stay. and keep safe!
You do “Just Do It” better than any one I know…are you working at this new campground?
Not working…enjoying…💞
Glad you made it safely to your new campground!
