Still Rockin’ It (#832)

I was supposed to move to my new campsite 50 miles upriver by noon today.

But…it was a day of thunder storms and tornado watches…

And I was just getting over a cold that had me cuddled up in bed for 3 days straight…I was feeling wiped out….

Have you ever been so scared of doing something that you wanted to cry but knew you just had to save it up for later…?

Yes, it was one of those days…so I did what had to be done….

I unhooked my RV home, hooked up my car, drove in rush hour on Interstate 40 thru the remnants of the storm, all the while searching the skies for funnel clouds…

Well…now I am safe…I am here … close to Conway, Arkansas at my favorite park on my favorite site right on the river…

And…as the river flows gently toward Old Miss, I can release all my fear …

Still rockin’ it since 2007….
