Wander And Wonder: Day 4 (#562)

The Horsetail plant grows prolifically around here.  It has even outlived the dinosaurs; having started sometime in the Paleozoic era.

Today is the first time I thought of photographing the horsetail as many of us have never seen one.

Here it is in its early stage and full bloom.
