What’s On The Beach Today? (#348)

A wonderful new kelp washed ashore today.  It looked like a bunch of little brown feathers all stuck together.  I typed  feather seaweed  on Google Search.  Guess what!

It’s called Feather Boa Kelp.

    It’s beautiful. What a find.

Awesome find! Was it soft to the touch like feathers?

    • Yes, it was dry when I found it and very soft. If you closed your eyes and felt it on your skin, you’d be hard pressed to say if it were feathers or feather boa kelp!
