Breakfast With My Honey (#246)

Most times when I travel to a different place, I eventually find a local farmers market that sells some of the region’s local honey. In northern California it was Mendocino bees that provided my honey.  I ate Texas Panhandle honey in Palo Duro and wild mountain honey in Arizona’s Coconino forest.  My recent stay in the south east netted me Winter Park honey from Florida.

To me, honey is a magic food.  Just like in the book, “The Secret Life of Bees” I take honey in the morning to help energize me for the day and I take it at night to calm me before I go to sleep.  It’s an essential food along with these breakfast staples.

And some music from a cute little music box.
